Photography Pricing Policies

Inspired by Grace collaborates with clients to capture the unique images they seek. Offering a variety of different services depending on client needs, there is always something distinctive about the setting and results.

Places frequently used for onsite work include: Erinshire Gardens, the Windsor and Whooten Hotel Ballrooms, Fort Phantom, private residential homes and lands of people partnered with Inspired by Grace, local parks and gardens, and sport or school settings related to the individual. Suggestions for areas or themes are welcome.

Inspired by Grace’s studio offers high quality technology with professional © Smith-Victor tugsten lightening. All 3 hand spun aluminum reflecting spotlights of 1050-watts and 2 umbrella black-backed 110-volt 60 Hz strobe lights contribute to the ultimate illumination for studio portraiture.

Any additional involvement and information clients provide is valuable for creating a customized memory. It benefits matching clients to the appropriate place and allows the artist to create a mentally artistic vision for you and your family. How does Inspired by Grace work?

Chances are if you are looking for a photographer there is already necessity for some type of documenting. Let’s take this need and learn how Inspired by Grace can offer you the best encounter with hiring a professional photographer that not only knows skills and techniques, but also includes you, as the client, into every aspect of the development. This is the process for how an Inspired by Grace photo shoot works…

Determine what type of shoot will best meet your need.

Will an outdoor onsite setting fulfill your dream or does the studio provide the accommodations desired for this particular photo shoot?

Decide on a date that will work for you and your family.

Contact IBG to establish a date and time for your photo’s to be taken. Having several options will be helpful before calling or e-mailing your availability. After an appointment is made the creative process begins for the artist to incorporate your ideas into the overall shoot.

Pay sitting fee.

Inspired by Grace request the sitting fee be paid at the time your appointment is made. Sitting fee is non-refundable and separate from package prices.

Through e-mail or phone conversation any uncertainty about what to wear, extra outfits to bring, props to take, and directions to the locations will be resolved. Feel free to ask any questions that can make this experience easier for you.

Photo Shoot.

Clients will meet Olivia either at the specified onsite location or at the studio. Most photo shoots take about an hour to an hour and a half depending on the circumstances of the shoot. Typically infants and pregnancies take longer than most, as timing and individual attention is required. Although appointments clarify a specific time, it is with knowledge and understanding that subjects are expressed better when documented on their pace. At the conclusion of the meeting a proof session appointment will be made for approximately one week following the actual shoot.*

Proof Session.

Proof sessions are done at IBG’s residential office or the Bean Counter or your preference. At this time you will view your session using the computer or laptop, be able to chose a package that suits your needs, order any additional prints, suggest any alterations to be made to any photos, pay package and prints total with tax, fill out Inspired by Grace paper work (possible consent form), and expect to see your photos ready within one to two weeks.

Pick up your photos!

Your complete package can be picked up at IBG residential studio. You will receive a call when it is available to pick up.

Enjoy your photos and recommend IBG to your family and friends.

* Your photo shoot is permanently archived for future orders, or orders desired by any family members.

Proof sheet

Baby showers, wedding showers, and other parties and events are charged an hourly rate with unlimited amount of photos taken. All digital media is produced on a DVD/CD to be used at the client’s choice with a signature copyright waver for the allowance of printing. The minimum price for one of these events is $100 (including photo-DVD processing and production), with an hourly charge of $25 after the first hour. Wedding receptions are individually priced.

Inspired by Grace is currently building a business portfolio expecting to partner with several local businesses in Abilene. For business and pricing consultation, please contact Olivia. The amount of time and traveling involved in a shoot determines the final expense. All images are produced on a DVD/CD with a copyright waver allowing all rights reserved access to the photos.
